Wednesdays: Greek
I know, I know. The "Manestra Lent" occupies an all too recent place in the memories of my family. The older kids aren't especial fans of this dish. But what's not to love? It's pasta, tomato sauce, and a few veggies. Yum. I make ours as close to our adopted Yiayia's style as possible, which basically means adding carrots, celery, onion and dill to this recipe. Easy, friends.
(And I don't think that I will ever find employment as a food photographer.)
