Wednesdays: Greek
Would you believe, dear reader, that in my ten years of preparing Lenten meals I have never made Revithia? I've definitely tasted it, but never made it. As I was planning meals for this week, I decided to give it a try. I know that my two older children love chickpeas, and the other ingredients are pretty inoffensive. In fact, I've made the same recipe using every bean under the sun...except chickpeas.
The result? Delicious.
I sprinkled some cheese on the kids' platefuls, sliced up the bread, and we had a meal.
It still just doesn't seem possible that T's so big! Adorable! I'm sorry, but those 14 seconds definitely overtake the recipe, which looks delicious. Glad it was a success!
