ReplyDeleteI first thought "ramps" when I saw your lily of the valley (inedible), as we foraged some in the woods yesterday and sauteed them for dinner.
ReplyDeleteYes! They do look similar. I have a friend who forages ramps. My crew can't tolerate the flavor, but I bet yours were delicious.
